GeorgeFest
wouldn't be complete without the annual carnival - it's fun for all ages!
|

The carnival at
night. Both Friday and Saturday nights are alive with entertainment
for the whole family.
|

Classic cars fill the downtown streets as the monthly
Classis Car Cruise-In becomes a part of GeorgeFest.
|
|

The Annual Hot
Dog Eating Contest emcee was local author/journalist/comedian Jake Vest
(in the weenie hat). The winner got a great weenie hat, too!
|

Kids and adults
enjoy taking part in the annual Grand Parade. This group rode in a
float with Lady Liberty!
|

What would the
parade be without the Shriners and their "kissing" camel?
|
|

Some of the
parade floats are very creative, like this award winner from Angel Flight.
|

The parade
honored our veterans and many local vets walked or rode in the
parade. We salute you!
|

The 2nd Annual
Bed Race is always a load of fun. There is a prize for the bed that
wins, but also one for the best-dressed bed, which was won by Riverside
Bank.
